Jim Henson’s WORD PARTY is an interactive pre-school show. Featuring four adorable, animal friends – Franny the baby cheetah, Bailey the baby elephant, Kip the baby wallaby and Lulu the baby panda, as they sing, dance and play while learning new and exciting words for objects, food and other things.
The kids at home “the big kids,” are an active part of the show as well. Just a little bit older than the 4 babies, the kids at home are welcome to take care of the babies and teach them the vocabulary along the way.
Every episode will teach a particular group of words that are a mix of developmentally appropriate and aspirational. By the end of the series, the viewer will have the opportunity to master specific language goals (designed by language specialists) and be a part of the great WORD PARTY! .
